Hello folks! Radically Good Products is founded by me, Sian Murray Huynh.

I’ve never not been dreaming about what the future looks like. Being raised on Star Trek and a Philosophy & Politics degree saw to that. But I’ve always described my career in technology as a happy accident.

I started out in Investment Banking and took what I learnt from the corporate world into the charity and public sectors 15 years ago, where I’ve been building teams, products, and changing organisations ever since. I’ve been blessed to work for some big organisations like JP Morgan, Comic Relief, and the BBC before starting my own business 8 years ago.

Radically Good Products exists because I know how hard it is to build the right thing the right way. Whether products are physical or virtual, I work with clients to create positive outcomes for as many people as possible, for the planet and future generations, without peddling burnout as a badge of honour. It’s possible to do great work and have a shed load of fun in the process. When I ask for client feedback I’m most proud when they tell me that our work together is high-impact, fun and they feel safe. I want to create more workplaces and teams where this is the norm.

I have a unique perspective on why this matters. Living with chronic illness (CFS/ME) since my early 20’s and a late ADHD/Autism diagnosis, means I don’t fit the societal mould. I know many others don’t either. I’m also the white mother of a mixed heritage family. I bear witness to prejudice on many fronts.

But I’m first and foremost a fellow human being. We don’t need to experience injustice personally to lead with compassion. I’d love it if you joined me in making the world a better place for everyone, one radically good product at a time.
